three ways to help

"When people think of delightful fragrances, they often think of jasmine and sandalwood. But the scent of jasmine or sandalwood only follows the prevailing winds. The scent of virtue pervades all directions."

support the emergency operating fund

Each year Pundarika attempts to send $180,000 to provide for the basic needs of the Nepal monastics and the Tsoknyi Nangchen Nuns. This fund allows us to support them while we build up the Endowment Funds to permanently help these practitioners.

contribute to the endowment funds

Contribute to the Endowment Funds (The Tsoknyi Nangchen Nuns Endowment Fund and the Monastics Endowment Fund). This allows Pundarika to provide basic support for Rinpoche’s monastics in Nepal and the over 3,000 Nangchen Nuns who practice Dharma under his spiritual direction. We are approximately half way to our goal of $2.6 million (as of June 2007) and carefully invest our assets through a prestigious financial firm.

contribute to yeshe rangsal
retreat center fund

The Yeshe Rangsal Retreat Center in Crestone, Colorado, is Rinpoche’s seat in the West and will provide practitioners the opportunity to practice more deeply. It will provide a small residence for Rinpoche, a shrine hall for approximately 40 people, a three-year retreat facility for 15 practitioners, an administrative support building, 18 retreat cabins and the completion of the shrine to the land protectress Dorje Yudronma. The retreat center is home to Jangchub Chörten (Stupa of Enlightenment), dedicated to Dzogchen master Tulku Urgyen.
